Sol will place her hands over the head and shoulders; there is no massage or manipulation.
Areas treated include 5 hand positions on the head, 1 at the base of the throat and up to 2 on the shoulders.

Relaxation and Reiki

This treatment starts with relaxation techniques that you can practice with the Reiki practitioner and take away a leaflet for you to use what you have learnt at home.
The second half of this session is an Energy Balance or Head and Shoulders Reiki treatment, whichever is most suitable from the discussion in the client consultation. Takes 50 minutes included the consultation.

Reiki First session

This treatment calms your mind, relaxes your body, and brings it back into balance.
Sol will place their hands over the body in multiple places; there is no massage or manipulation.
Reiki may be experienced as a flow of energy, mild tingling, warmth, coolness, other sensations, or nothing at all.
A 1 hour and 15 minutes session (including a short consultation 15 minutes and 60 minutes ) is usually carried out in a comfortable and peaceful environment.

The treatment is performed using Aromatherapy relaxation massage techniques, Reiki and natural products (Base oil and essential oils) carefully selected.

We carefully tailor your massage to ensure you receive the best treatment possible. Our aim is for you to leave us feeling fully relaxed, refreshed, revitalised.
